Photographer Aaron Rothman uses natural and available light to create images that convey a dynamic sense of place and capture subtleties of space, form and material. Aaron’s background as a fine-art photographer focused on landscape and the built environment gives him a sensitive eye for subtleties of space, form, material and light. This experience, combined with his professional involvement in the architecture and design field—as a columnist and Photo Editor at Places Journal and Project Specialist at Arizona State University's Phoenix Urban Research Laboratory—gives him a unique perspective on understanding and communicating the essence of a designed space.
